Lord Starkiller , smooth and shiny :)
One of the most badass characters in SW universe, no doubt :)
Lord Starkiller helmet, inspired by The force unleashed game. The helmet shape is without a doubt one of the nicest looking ones out there, so i can't wait to print this :)
The "ear" pieces are designed in a way they dont need support, as well the "moouth piece". That one also has a clean option and one with "breathing holes" included.
I also added the claws - keep in mind, finger openings are a bit wider - they are made to fit gloves. The claws are positioned between middle knuckles and fingertips. You need 1 for the thumb, 1 for index finger, 1 for middle finger and 1 for pinky finger
Given there is no logical way to split the helmet for small scale printers ( by small scale i mean prusa sized printers) i did my best to split it up in few pieces for small printers, that can be combined with 5x5 pins that are also included :)
I love this helmet so much i wanted to make a super smooth and shiny version, as if it was just made, so lets print some LORD STARKILLER helmets :D

One of the most recognizable Helmets out there, great job ;) Suggestion: Since i printed the Mask of Mandalore the Ultimate recently and i wanted to make it non wearable, i printed the Vizor Template, because i thought i could simply slide it in, nope it is to thick for that, and if it is a template to cut out of something like a Hobart Face Shield it would be more practical if the Template would lay flat on the buildplate and be only 1mm max hight. Then you can trace it easily on to something or use it as a non see through option. Greetings and happy 2. Advent! Stefan
Few problrms with that - how do we compensate the flat file with helmet scaling, bcs scsling the helmet in certain % will not work for thr 2d layout ? What method would you suggest in 3d to measure the curvature to be transposed into 2d layout ? And the flat layout will most likely not fit on small printers, so i kind of see more problems than solutions with the flat "template" . But if you have solutions to all of these i wouldnt mind making it :)
Awwwww hell yes. You are knocking it out of the park lately!!
Thank you :) been having a blast with those items lately :) finally got into a place wher ethere is no pressure from the shows, so i get to pick the items i always wanted to make :D
The claws got me thinking of wolverine claws, can we get those?
i do plan to do a wolverine cowl as well, so i might add those toegether ;)
I have been waiting on this....I love you man.... will the body armor be on the way?
doing mor research on that, but it would appear not many parts are on the armor, so yes :)
Is this in the drive yet?
yes sir, added right as i was typing it, so it might take a bit for it to show up, hit refresh and it will pop up :)
You made my day 🤩
happy to hear that :)
Are you planning on doing his armor and sabers as well?
i didnt manage to find good photos of his lightsabers, but once i do, yes. and his armor has only few parts, so that is likley as well :)
Making me miss printing...been living out of a suitcase lately 😑 not homeless, just too far from my house most days
Damn, hope you’re back in one place soon :)
Yessssssssss!!!!!! That is freaking awesome!!!
Thank you Ben :)
