The Flash, functional prototype - first look :)
ok i've been at this for the past 5 days :D
I'm sure you all seen the new Flash finger ring from the new movie, and i've been working day and night to make it funcitional, so here is a first functional prototype preview :)
Coming to patreon June 2023 ( in a day or 2 once i test it all out and get ready :)
I know quite a few artists/vendors attempted that one but i havent seen one made for filament printing, so here are some key elements that i saw missing elswhere that i wanted to solve:
1 - has to be 3d printable both in filament and resin
2- has to be easy to 3d print
3 - mechanism needs to be easy to use
4 - given the small parts it has to be easy to put toegether
5 - scale has to match the original prop ( or close to that) with working mechanism
I think i have now solved all these points, and soon you will be able to 3d print your own functiona Flash ring :)

Great! I’ve been wanting to buy one of these but haven’t seen one anywhere. Glad I can make one soon!
just need to render out the animations and photos and its almost ready :)
6 - Multipart for multicolor print hahahaha
on such a small scale, the nozzle changes would mess up the mechanism, you will be able to use "color picker" tool to add color for you printer, so once you try it out let us know :D but i think it will be to small for that :)
