I've put together a quick video to guide you through the new page, but don't be afraid to click around and explore everything for yourselves.
A few important things to know:
you dont loose anything - you gain more :)
unlcaimed models by old system can still be claimed :)
you get extra coins to begin with :)
project vault is available to active patreon members only
No more waiting 3 months to access older models.
No more waiting 6 months for special releases.
The FAQ section is currently being finalized and updated. It should be live by tomorrow and will include everything you need to know about coins, how the new system works, file access, and more. Please check it out once it's up—or just send me a message if you have any questions.
One important notice: any previous rewards that I manually sent to your Patreon inbox are not automatically linked to your new profile. Those need to be added manually. If you'd like me to add them to your account, just send me a message and I'll take care of it.
For the next month or so, I'll continue using our current setup alongside the new website to give everyone time to get comfortable with the new system... although, judging by the feedback from our beta testers, many of you will probably feel at home right away.

If you go to "My profile" and click your coin icon/image it tries to download the image on Chrome.

What if we still haven’t collected our 2 free files of choice from when our 3 consecutive months of membership kicked in? I would like to of the older files but now it’s on a coin based system and it won’t let me download the 2 that I would like?
If you have old unclaimed models form thr old system and you are still an active member you csn do that before spending any coins and they will be added to your profile :) nothing is lost :) send me a message lets go thru it and set it all up :)
It would be nice to have a way to filter for 'not mine' files so we can keep track of which ones we don't have yet, and maybe a checklist feature so we can mark files off the unclaimed filter without having to link them to our account. I have all files backed up on my computer, but it is sometimes hard to search for which ones I left to claim. I don't know how hard or practical this would be, but maybe the Google Drive extensions can be used as redemption codes so we can link our inbox claimed files to our accounts ourselves, so you don't have to do them all manually. I love the new site so far and am excited to see you guys build upon it :)
you can :) just search in "all", and the ones you have will say "included" or "purchased" - if purhased with coins :) it is not possible to link google drive extensions, but i will add your account to the list so all the files you had sent thru the messages will be included as well - so then you hae all in one places :) so everything that i have sent you via patreon messenger or was part of subscription will be noted :)

Hi - the website looks great and makes it really easy to download. Just one thing - it looks like we get three coins per month and most items are 2 coins or more, meaning we no longer get 2 items a month from the back catalog - is this correct?
That is not entirelly correct- before you had to wait 3 months to even start getting models - and then after 3 months you gained 2 models - now you get 3 coins, so after 3 months thats 9 coins - so instead of just 2 models after 3 months, you can pick up to 9 extra models based on your preference. You also had to wait 6 months before for specials - now you dont need to wait snd can claim it in your 2nd month allready . So if you wanted lets say Heavy infantry armor that cost areound 80$ of purchased standalone, you had to wait 6 months before, now you can get it in your 2nd month allready and you are still left with 1 more coin- and thsts the most expensive one. Most coins are 2 and 3 yes, so in your first month you can pick either 3 old models with value of 1, or 1 model with value of 2 or 1 model of value of 3 - in your 2nd month you allready have 6 coins - so if you didnt spend them in your first month you get to pick between 1 or 6 models - depending on your choices . Before you would get nothing extra in your 1st and 2nd month. So you get more than 2 per month, you are just aiming for the most expensive ones so its logical you'll have to wait a bit more :) + regular releases - so you get much much more than you did before in the long run

The new site is quite nice. Is there a way to “like” items so that we don’t have to search back through every time we want to purchase something? Also, perhaps I’m being daft, but can I still pick my 3 and 6 month items (I never did this on the GDrive, as I found it all quite confusing). Currently, I don’t have nearly enough coins to do that (or is it a different system?)
old and new systems dont mix, so if you have old unclaimed models you can still do that, just send me a messge, we'll check what you didnt use from the old system and it will be added :) liking/adding Favorites of models is a very good suggestions , will talk to my developer , see if we can implement it without breaking the entire structure :D

question for the items we got sent and such should we message through here or where asking cause i purchased the heavy armor which is what started me joining your patreon and if the dates are right i shouldn't be missing anything
To my patreon imbox please, its a bit hard keeping track of the commments - but as long as the kinks are in patfeon imbox that i have sent you, i will add you t the list and it will be added to your profile - it just has to be added manually, so send me a eđasage when you can so i can add yout to the list:)
Is the page going to replace Google Drive or exist side by side with it? I only ask because I have my own model catalog of all the things I've got from various Patreons and other places that syncs with my Google Drive and automatically pulls new models...
Eventually it will replace google drive
I love the site! It is nice to not have to bug you anymore when I want to get more prints. I do have to ask, are you looking to expand a section for us to post what we create from your designs? I do not do Instagram, but I am interested in sharing what I have made from your files. I think an area like this would end up creating more traffic for your site.
that is something that is still being explored - there are certain things i need to consider and sort out before something like that can be implemented :)

The website is super clean and well done I have one question though. When looking through all the many files you've released, are there plans to add filters so one can filter out owned files so we don't end up using coins on files we've already received directly through a Patreon message, or possibly have owned files have a tag telling it's already owned?
it is allready implemented, just click the tab "mine" and you will see what you own :), or if you scroll down in the "all" section - it will say "included" on the item wich means also you allready have it -also you can only spend coins on stuff you dont have yet, you can't spend them on stuff you do, so no worries about clicking somethign by accident :) and to go even futher there is a downloaded tab as well, so not only is it sorted by things you have , but also things you downloaded as well :)

Awesome idea! I love that everything is now a bit more "automatic" for new users and that also should reduce the amount of work for you for operational stuff and give you more freedom to work on your projects - hopefully ;)
