(new download) Droid blaster + a WIP preview
Ok guys, Mando Month is not over 😄
And I’ve been working on something that I was really hoping would be done by now (second photo/animation)… buuuut in the meantime, a lot of you kept sending me photos of the “droid blaster” from the new movie — and honestly, I just can’t say no to these things.
Now before i go into the released Droid blaster that you can download - The “something” I’ve also been working on is a fully accurate Mandalorian Amban Phase-Pulse Rifle with a working mechanism. I’ll start with the first version, and then later upgrade it to the new one from the latest movie. I’m very close to wrapping up the mechanism, so stay tuned 👀
But for now, please enjoy printing this droid blaster, which includes:

we just know its from a movie, since i didnt manage to get to see it yet, i dont want to spoil it for myself XDXD i hope to finaly go today :D

Are there any plans for fully combined versions of your other pistols?
so to be honest there are no plans to revisit old models at the moment but most of them come combined as well unless they were super huge and unprintable in 1 piece that large - however everything new will always include both options
Thank you! I would love to see you make a Nico Okarr blaster at some point. Some minor feedback for the Droid Blaster: It would be nice if part B_4_A was separated into two pieces to make it easier to paint the detail of the the small interior detail piece that is seen through the holes. With it all one piece it will be harder to paint the detail and inside the area that it sits in. Just and FYI.
Haha thats something i always get mixed messages about :D 50% of times i get "can you make thr parts more combined so i dont have to glue so many small details later", and 50% of time " can you split those parts" :D hahah i always try somethign diferent on a new project to see reactions and what the majority will want so i can form a final approach :D
