WW2 Boba Fett helmet ( the rest coming soon)

Halloween is about costumes, right? So what if… our costume has a costume? 😅

I stumbled across this awesome concept art from Giorgio Baroni of a WW2 Boba Fett armor, and I absolutely loved it. So yes… I’m making the rest as well — with a little bit of my own spin!

I tweaked the helmet design to lean more into that WW2 style, which (in my opinion) just looks better. On top of that, I’ve added two faceplate options: one smooth, and one more aggressive, so you can pick your favorite look.

As always, I made sure to include both big parts as full pieces and split-down versions for smaller printers. For extra customization, you’ll also be able to add/remove the classic Boba cheek detail, or even drop in a grid/mesh for the back vent interior.

Hope you guys like it! And since it’s Halloween season — if you’ve got more silly or spooky crossover costume ideas, throw them my way :D

Hi, I was just wondering if there were any connecter dowels for the dome of the helmet at all? Im not too sure how to design ones to fit the holes

Prepping for paint. If you do those stencils, 100% everything in my house will be getting tagged 😆😆 Is there a simple way to do the visor flat for a cutout stencil? I'm thinking someone could trace it on clear plexiglass before cutting, bending, then tinting.

Hey Marco, what is the size for this helmet? I added all into the slicer but it seams this time it is a bit smaller then other helmets in 100% scale. Would be helpful to get a bade head size so i know the scale.

Still made at 585mm circumference as all my other helmets, only diference is there is more room for ears inside so it may be a bit narrow on th other bžparts, but still 585 mm circumference :);

Im waiting to see the rest of this file. Please dont let some sensitive cry babies ruin it. It looks kinda like a mud trooper helmet. My printer is heated up and ready to go

There's too much glorification of the Nazis already. I really respect your creativity, Marko, but I think this is a mistake.

as someone who has 0 interest in politics i have to be honest that i did not even think about it that this might be offensive to someone, so i do apologise if this was taken diferent thatn what it should be - a military history/SW mashup, i just love making stuff i think looks cool, with absolutelly no political messages or preferences or opinions whatsoever, bcs i don tcare fo taht stuff. i just like making models. But the helmet design i used for reference was M1 that USA troops had https://www.veteranmilitaria.com/14522/original-us-m1-parachutist-helmet.jpg i just changed it a bit to add the lower slope on the back to fit the easthetics for boba that i think looked better would it be better if i add it to description to avoid confusion ? i dont wanna be inconsiderate or cause someone to feel ofended. I just love making costumes, and have 0 interest for anything political, but your opions do matter to me, so i would love to hear from you more on this matter sir :)

Oh wow, that looks awesome! Not sure if I can get it done by Halloween, but I’m pretty sure I’ll add this one to my helmet collection! Would it be possible to throw in a PNG or SVG of the stripes and the side logo? That way you could print matching stencils straight away — maybe even in the right size, so if you scale the model you’d still have a perfect fit? And one more thing: are those little bits sticking out on top of the helmet optional, or can you leave them off?

M
MysteryMakers · September 12, 2025

they are optional :) sure will add the stencils :)
