STRANGER ....
DOWNLOAD LINK AT THE END OF THE POST :)
Sorry it took so long, buuuuuut here it is, the Stranger helmet from the Acolyte :)
Some love it, some hate it, but i did have fun making it :D
As before there are some "extras" included:
- clean version
- "textured" version
- narrow and wider vizor area
- stl files
- 3mf files
The textured version will be fantastic for resin printers, especially those huge ones, but the details should be nicely visible on a filament printer as well. But i'm really excited to see some of those highly detailed resin prints :D
If you however wish to "start from scratch" , when it comes to weathering, you can do so with the clean version. OR you can use that one on its own, given its such a unique helmet shape :)

How come I can't see the link? I have a membership already.
How about a list of the best paint colors to use for this helmet. ?
im a designer, not a painter, so sadly i cant help there, but thats why we have discord and FB groups, so people share their stuff there :)
What size head is the default size for this?
585 mm circumference :)
Does this use magnets to hold it together? If so, what size?
no, magnets would be too weak. its the assembly pins 5x5 , standard ones in a almost all my projects :)
This printed so perfectly...can't wait for the gauntlets.
I'm SOO excited!
Was waiting for this!
To the printeeers :D
will you be creating the gauntlet and lightsaber(s) to go with this and complete the set?
Cant find good gauntlet references :/ if you have them please send them over :)
impressive model, I just have a question, the helmet with the assembled stl helmet does not come?
Fully combined ? No, sorry, not this one, not to go into too much detail but this was a doferent design apeoach making it rather didficult to print as one piece so i took a diferent "path"
Sweet was holding out in hopes you would do this one 🤘🏾 Question! Would it be too much extra for a second “teeth” with a few venting gaps?! Just curious, will still print this one for sure if not!
Shouldnt be a problem, however the chin area is rather open so the vent holes might not be needed
You are AWESOME
Thank you so much :)
Hell yeah!
:D :D
you nailed this one bro!
thank you :) cant wait to start printing :D
Yeeeessssss!!!!!!!
:D :D :D
I was hoping you were going to tackle this! Thanks for making me weekend!
my pleasure :)
Not really a Star Wars guy, but might just have to give this a go . 😁😁
haah yeah at first i was not digging it, but the more i was looking into it, the more i liked it :D now i love the helmet :D
Looks great! Will have to check if it works on a saturn
fingers crossed :D
Outstanding may i ask what is the default head size
I took a look at everything and I am printing the top/done portion of the helmet first. On my X1C, it took up the ENTIRE build plate. There is maybe a couple of mm's that it could be nudged but I just set it in place and sent it to the printer.
YEEESSSSS!
time to toss this one on the printers :D
Lol not smilo ren bro
haha :D
