Ready for download :D

Aaaaaand one, as promised :D haha

So this one uses the 360 servo instead of the regular 180 - the difference is that 180 can "remember" the positions, while the 360 one can not, so it can move in one of the other directions indefinitely. That also means that once rotated back/forth the steps might get "lost" here and there and the servo would lost "track",  so I fixed that by adding a certain step/rotation value in the code, and stoppers for back and forth so no matter what happens the servo will eventually always reposition itself.

Again , this is not something you need to worry about, just thought i'd mention the struggles that were done "behind the scenes" XD

Everything else is straightforward, print , put together and get addicted :D

So , included are:

- 1:1 scale stl files

- 1:1 scale 3mf files

- build guide pdf with parts list

- hardware parts links

- arduino code

- wire diagram

- experimental - 7% upscaled parts ( both stl and 3mf)

- desk stand

- functionality showcase videos

Also the assembly videos for power fist will arrive by tomorrow , so i hope they will be helping you with the build :D

Now after i upload all of that tomorrow i will be taking a tiiiny little break, hope you won't mind , a little vacation getaway,  and I'm back Monday for more awesome projects :) of course if you need anything i'm always here to reply/help :)

This 100% or upscaled?

So I would assume I can’t upscale this at all I either need to fit in the smaller or larger one ?

Hi, I'm trying out the code, and with a single button press, it spins in one direction, pauses for a bit, and then spins in the opposite. It's not doing the thing where you hit the button once, and it extends, and then hit the button again, and it retracks. Any ideas?

Are you using the 360 continous servo or 180 positional ? :)

You had the last one (and this one) with a large version that said experimental, is that a plan to finish that?

M
MysteryMakers · June 14, 2024

Those are finished, they are called experimental bcs i didnt test print them so not sure if all works as intended, so waiting on feedback from someone :)

Awesome work, it's already being printed. Of course I'm always missing something, continuous servos, I should just give in to the temptation to just buy up all Alli's electrical components

thank you :) yeah that one is not very common to be used in projects, especially with coding, bcs its has “its own brain” , but we needed it here :D i also ordered like 20 of reulgar ones, and 20 of those XD for future :D

Awesome, Marko! I absolutely love this move into electronics! Enjoy your vacation!

always loved making those, just couldn’t find the time, they are 5x more time consuming, but much more badass once done :D plus we always get to learn something new :D

Im confused do you join top tier for access to files?

M
MysteryMakers · June 13, 2024

Yes, the youngling tier is just a test tier, a cheap way to check out patreon by gwtting some free files, but at the "we are makers" tier wich is just 9$ diference you get these and all last months releases ( all of that is mentioned on the tier description on the public page before you join with links on what you get when you join :) )
