MMV01 - motorized vambrace ready for download
Sorry to have kept you waiting :) Now you can start building your own motorized vambrace :D Download link at the end of the post :)
I'm calling it MMV_01 - mysterymakers motorized vambrace, and the first in line.
It is designed for the left arm, I'll make one for the right one soon as well :)
I decided to approach this in a way it would be easiest for you to follow and make. All the components are hidden on the inside of the gauntlet, and you have easy access to the power bank that runs the entire thing. I have decided to use a small power bank on this one instead of batteries bcs i think it's easier to use, and they are not expensive, and it is small enough so it can fit in your vambrace and doesn't bother your arm.
Included are standard sizes ( one that is made for my arm), and I also added an upscaled version for those who have a bit larger arms. Keep in mind the larger scale was not test printed altho everything should still fit, but just as a precaution I'm calling the larger one "experimental",until it's confirmed it all works well . The regular sized one is perfect :)

Keep in mind, depending on your experience with electronics this may or may not be a tiny bit complicated, so take your time to read it all and go through it, and you will be able to make it without any problems :)

This was released in may. If you were a member in May, the folder is in your inbox, if you are a new member there are certain ways to obtain old models. Please juat send me a message if you are a new member and need more help i'll guide you thru everything :)

Is it possible for you to also upgrade/add functions and light to the Boba Fett gauntlet?
There are no plans to "update" boba fett armor at the moment
Quick question, I think that the base regular size files are still to large for my partners mando kit. Possible to have a slightly smaller scale version for smaller arms?
its not possible to go smaller, as the components will no longer fit. the smallest it can/should go is the one i made. adding padding and undersuit should fill it up. the size is just a smidge bigger than bo katan gauntllets

3m files do not work
What software are you tryin to open them with ?
Awesome design!! Hey, when i try to open the 3mf file in lychee it says the file is damaged
3mf is for bambu studio , not sire its compatible with lychee
I see what look like magnet cutouts to help keep 2 parts of the brace together. Did you find that held tightly enough? To avoid it slipping off?
The magnets didnt arrive yet, so that is yet to be tested, but on one of my previous ones i used 3 magnet slots on each side and it was good. here i used 6 slots on each side so it should be also ok. It is yet to be tested but i dont think there will be a problem :)
