Poll: next CPS2 update
What would you like the next JTFriday to be about?
Comments (103)
I know it is super early but what are the odds of you working on the PGM IGS and specifically ESPGALUDA? 😁
Very high
Hoping for GigaWing this time. :D
I've been working on it for two days, but I'm still getting some glitches in a couple of scenes.

Lot of gamers would love cps3...
hopefully we can get a similar poll for the next arcade system you plan to work on after CPS2. i understand PGM is next on the list, and i agree that system has some very very good titles and will be very welcomed. however, i think it would surprise you how many people would want to see CPS3 on the MiSTer
We will run another poll, yes. I will finish System 16 after CPS2. There is a request from a director too...
it would be fantastic super street fighter 2 and super street fighter 2 turbo, in 2021 there is still no arcade perfect version ... they all have some problem or lack
I love the other options but Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo is what I'm waiting for and my dream Mister game.
I'm all in for the shooters!
Definitely progear! One of my favourite shooters and easily one of the best looking games of the generation. I remember emulating it on the dingoo many years ago and being super stoked I could carry it round in my pocket. To have it as a true replication makes it worth all the money I spent on it in the arcade.
Progear is a beautiful game. It looks like an anime movie!
Pro Gear, Gigawing, Mars Matrix, Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition, Marvel vs. SF, Super Street Fighter II Turbo and X-Men vs. SF would be my favorites.
i'm dreaming of Cyber... Bots and Armored Warriors
i'm not big SHMUP fan. but in my something old memory, Progear was amazing. it just packed a punch my head. i can't against the machine. the machine ate a coin in my pocket.
Mahvel VS games is my wish but I will still be overjoyed to get the remaining shmups, we never really got good ports of these until 6th gen and even then they were not perfect. I'm just so happy to have CPS2 games available
MOOOOORE SHMOOOOOPS!
+1 Progear +1 GigaWing
ill be appreciative of whatever you work on, but the remaining SHMUPs for the CPS2 (progear, mars matrix, giga wing) are the games that are a bit more rare for the system. with progear being especially unique with no console/ports and is restricted to only being playable on CPS2 hardware/mame.
Progear please
I've genuinely liked the sort of 'curated' approach Jose has taken thus far... but I'll admit, every week that passes without Super SFII Turbo/X arriving makes me a sad panda. Along those lines, I'd suggest this for next week: Super SF2 +SSF2T, Eco Fighters, and Cyberbots. You'd clean up the earliest end of the CPS2 releases, and pave the way for what's next... but of course, I'm looking forward to it no matter what comes down. Amazing work!!! I love me some 1944: TLM.
XvsSF
Where's the option for Marvel vs Capcom? :) (really, really hoping for that one!)
I assume that would fall under "Marvel/X-Men"?
Vampire Savior and MVC1 would be my top picks. :)
Please consider (besides capcom fighters) Phelios arcade! I would love to play it the way it should be, without expending and arm and a leg for the arcade board...
Otherwise I’m down for more Sega-16, ALTERED BEAST & GOLDEN AXE 🤩🤤
Can I vote for Mortal Kombat? Is that still on the release list for the upcoming movie still? 🙏🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼🙌🏼
Super street fighter 2 turbo then anything else after that
omg progear and gigawing next? both are amazing
What about a mixed releases?so we will all be happy. One fighting game and one shooter every week.even for my part, a mix with system16 releases is not a bad idea, for test and correct possible bugs in this systems
Damn Shtmup's always win. Ohh well Beggars can't be choosers. Hyper Anniversary and Street Fighter II Turbo or Grand Master would be my pick. Thanks JT
Having another Cave game like Progear available on mister would be amazing! Also super hyped for Gigawing (and the dark horse, Mars Matrix)
Marvel vs Capcom would be fun.
That's the one that has my vote!
I'd like SSF2T, ProGear, MSHvsSF, and Armored Warriors; so I voted for everything.
Super Street Fighter 2 is a must!
Marvel Vs Capcom!
Progear no Arashi, indeed.
Super Turbo or xvsf would be marvelous!
Progear!
I prefer it to be selected at random, I like not knowing what's coming out. Either way, I'm always grateful for the work being done
ProGear please!
ProGear would be an absolute treat
Pocket fighter!
Pocket Fighter sería genial.
+1 for the pew pew
Ready for some tag team action
Eco Fighters and/or Super Turbo would be nice
Play Mars Matrix
Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo/X :-)
There is too much fighter games, let’s give a chance to shooters 😃
Fighters will be the best choice for me because accuracy/input lag is important for fighting games, other genres I can enjoy them through software emulation
The two every old school fighting game head has been waiting for.....Super SF 2 Turbo and Vampire Savior! :)
Why four kinds of votes? It should be only two, people are voting for more than one, it should just be fighting games and shooting games
I'm a big Capcom fighters fan, but we've got a lot of those already, so Progear get my vote
Progear. And then system16 :)
I want shooters but I also want Pocket Fighter. =/
Cave's Progear!
VS series all the way. X-men vs Street would be so cool.
Será posible en un futuro poder con la PCB de técnos Japan wwfsuperstars ?
R-Type
I would like to see more of the street fighter games. Marvel Vs Capcom, Street Fighter Vs Xmen etc... They are some of the best street fighter games.
Progear!
It looks like there’s only 20 games remaining for CPS2. About a month or two at this rate?
Marvel/XMen for sure. Plan B, fighters. Shooters are kinda boring and all the same, in my opinion, which is why I'm baffled it's so far ahead in the poll...
fair enough, and if this was a couple years ago, i would agree 100%. however, after getting into SHMUPs, and watching top tier players 1cc some of the more famous games, i have been really inspired to get better at these games and now i get why people enjoy them so much
System 16 : Altered beast, Cotton, E—swatt....love
I would be happy with more system 16 especially Fantasy Zone 2.
Gracias por la encuesta! Aunque yo los cambiaba todos por el soporte db15, jaja! Saludos.
SSF2 and SSF2 Turbo all the way. 🤘🏻
Progear & Eco Fighters plz <3
Robots = Cyberbots? https://youtu.be/bQ9iCjncR8I
And Armored Warriors I think
Fighters please. Super Turbo is the dream.
We need more Marvel VS games! Bring on Marvel Super Heroes, XMen Vs Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes Vs Street Fighter and Marvel Vs Capcom <3
SSF2 and SSF2 Turbo
Waiting for some unconverted goodness such as Ring of Destruction!
goplaymarsmatrix
Cps2 isn't cps2 without super Street fighter 2! :-)
Gigawing is one of my fave ever games.
Giga Wing...100% on board with that one.
Progear 기다리고 있었습니다^^
Giga Wing 😳
Progear please! I’ve been waiting for that game :)
Shooters!!!
Giga Wing is an absolute classic, I like the poll results at the moment 😀
IGS PGM 😬 but shooters would be amazing !
SSF2 pls
Progear would be big, but you probably already knew that ;).
Would love to see Progear and/or Giga Wing
Shooting~~~~!!!! Yeah!!
Progear / Gigawing FTW
...or Irem M92.
I'd love it in 2021 😍
Pro gear 😍
Robocop please🙏
I look forward to developing sega system 16 games.
It would probably be better to combine all the fighters into one category
Can't wait for next Friday!
Me rooting for shooters feels like go_banana.gif
I stand corrected.
