I haven’t done anything over the last month other than going on holiday - so that’s what I’m talking about in this episode.

I haven't yet listened to this, but am I to understand you made it to Maine, USA? LOL That's where I live! I'm way inland, but I'd have come out to buy you all dinner and drinks. If you're ever back in Maine (doubtful, but it's lovely here), be sure to let folks know IF that's something you're interested in doing. Otherwise, I can respect your privacy and vacation time.
I spent a few hours in Bar Harbor - it was a nice day...but you're right, I'll never return. Due to one thing and another, it's unlikely I'll get to leave the country in the future.
My wife has no interest in flying and even less in going on a cruise, so we just drive around New England but we’ve never been as far north as Bar Harbor. I hope your trip was satisfactory, and at the very least you got to try Moxie.

My wife loves to cruise so I’ve been on a few though not a transatlantic. Heh, I get the best sleep in a cruise ship - I think the motion literally rocks me to sleep!
For some reason I end up walking up to go to the loo half a dozen times in the night - every night. Yet at home I sleep straight through. I have no idea what causes this - but it’s on every ship.
