To the person who asked about Linux - I switched from Win 7 to Ubuntu Linux recently. I mostly just use the computer for browsing so there's that. I installed the brave browser and my vpn and the browsing experience is wonderful. No ads! NONE! There's a learning curve but I'm over 50 and figured it out.
