Hi everyone! This map has been requested for many, many years now and we really hope you enjoy it. Hopefully your party end up flying on the back of this mythical creature because they've helped to free it from the cruel monsters keeping it chained up. We're very excited to hear about how you plan o

Hi everyone! We find ourselves in the laboratory of a crazed professor. After years of brutal experiments carried out on innocent creatures they've finally managed to create a Chimera! Now the real question is, how will this poor thing feel when it wakes up? Will it embrace its creator or attack in

Hey everyone! See the whole Wizard Prison series here. It's 10 months since we released the last Wizard Prison map. We struggled a lot with this one, we wanted it to still feel like a useable battlemap but also wanted to vividly depict the key breathing dragon. In the part 4, we saw the strange Ange

Hey everyone! We animated the Tranquil Apiary last month, so we thought we'd animate the absolute opposite this month! Please welcome your players to the Nightmare Dragon Lair! Hey everyone! So excited to show you this map. This idea has been cooking in Cze's head for a while now and Aotray did a great job bringing it to life. We see this as a continuation of our Archaeological Dig map we released recently. This is where all those unearthed fossils go, to be turned into re

Hey everyone! This is a classic theme and something we should probably have drawn much much earlier! Especially as this can pair so well with the various entrances we've drawn to dragon lairs. I'll add some links to those below: Nighmare Dragon Lair Dracolich Lair Blue Dragon Lair White Dragon Green

Hey everyone! This month we've animated our Void Dragon Lair battlemap! Now with swirly space dust, particles, nebulae and of course the dragon itself! Note that there's no real need to base an encounter here around fighting the dragon itself, it could be fighting off a lich or other powerful monste

Hey everyone! This is the long conclusion to our dragon lair entrances series. We ran a poll for what dragon people wanted to see next in July...2021 and we just didn't know what to do for this one. And then suddenly we felt ready to face the nightmare and here's the result. Lots of teeth, eyes, blo

Hey everyone! This is part 2 of our Clockwork Dragon Lair series. You can get the exterior HERE. This map is the ent

Hey everyone! This was the close runner-up to the dragon poll and was beaten by Void Dragon by just a fraction, so we wanted to make sure we covered this theme too! This is just the Exterior portion of the map. There'll be a forge-like interior section coming hopefully at the beginning of September,

Hey everyone! Void Dragon was the winner of our last dragon poll and here's the result! A big thanks to everyone who gave us hints and links to help us design this lair. This is one HUGE dragon. Depending on the source material it's so big that it could be a moon or a planet. We'll let you be the ju

A dragon will see the rise and fall of many civilisations before it has to face its mortality. The most ancient dragons are born into the stone halls of people so long forgotten that our ancestors spoke of them in myth and legend. A Dracolich may live for many millennia longer than that. These drago

Hey everyone! This has been a big month for us, Cze moved to a new country and we've had some other news, so we're a bit behind on everything. But we're going to try releasing at least two more maps this month. :) Thanks for being patient. So for the first Dragon Poll the winner was the Pseudodragon

Hey everyone! We're back again for the last map of the month and the next in our series of Dragon lairs. This time the toxic swamps of the foul Black Dragon. We thought of this lair as being an ancient obsidian altar to some forgotten deity that the dragon later appropriated as its lair. The ruins o

Hey everyone! This is our next dragon lair, last month we covered the White Dragon and this time we're bringing you a Green Dragon lair deep within the forest, by a peaceful spring in the mountains.
