Can't stop ---- won't stop! Here is a desert modern minimalist build. It's intended for a single Sim (any gender) or a couple. This was built in the beautifully underrated Oasis Springs but can also serve as a getaway home in Salvadora. Earlier this month I added Blossomfarm Hill (download here) and Bristol Ave (download here) to the Ruby tier, so feel free to move up a tier to grab those, if you so wish!
40x30 lot
1 massive master suite (including en suite bathroom + walk-in closet)
2 half bathrooms (one on each floor so that your Sims don't pee themselves)
2 separate living room spaces
Natural waterfall in pool
Plenty of panoramic/scenic backyard views
Outdoor dining
Packs Used: Get Together, City Living, Jungle Adventure (needed for backyard waterfall) and Spa Day

#STILLQUEEN I am absolutely amazed by you!!! You have given us 3 builds this month already and I am honestly so thankful!! I love each and every detail you put into these houses and the flawless effort behind every wall, floor pattern, and decoration in the houses. I have never been able to build in Sims (lol, my houses always just look like a big rectangle or square with walls). You are amazing and don't let anyone ever tell you any different! Forget the naysayers and people who keep trying to bring you down (I saw your post on insta, I am a follower "onnie_boo"). You always give us super fun, modern, comfy, cozy builds that I am sure everyone on your patreon can agree!!! Your work and the time you put into these builds has not gone unnoticed. We see you Queen!! Thank you!!!
You always go out of your way to send me these notes of love and appreciation; thank you so, so much! I feel great, rested and in amazing spirits - I notice the "things" they say but none of it bothers me anymore. I take great pride in knowing that no matter what else is said, no one can deny that I'm among the most consistent and the best. I'll take that over the opinions of strangers who don't know me well enough to criticize validly anyway. Big hugs! xx
So gorgeous! I always look forward to your creations.
And I always look forward to the gas you lovingly supply me with when I post! :)
Yasssss Queen. Still slaying. Thank you for yet another beautiful creation.
Thank you so much sis - I'm so glad you like it!! xx
