1010 Alto Apartments (Right Side)
For 2.5k followers. For rebuilding. For still being the most stalked and most talked about: thank you, and here's an unusually expensive apartment.
Jokes (and ego) aside, I have an incredible amount of support and often feel undeserving! Life is busy for me at the moment and I can't find time to create leisurely, for pledges and for everyone simultaneously but I do try. Thank you, for being so sweet, so understanding and so incredibly supportive of my creations in spite of the controversy they cause (lol). Here's to more of striving to be the best and less of entertaining anything else...
1 bedroom x 2 bathrooms
Office
Open floor plan
$134k+ Simoleon value
This apartment was built on the 1010 Alto Apartment lot (right side) and should be placed there. It will be listed as a room in your Library - be sure to have include custom content checked. You can also place this apartment on any other lot in the game; the city backdrop of Del Sol Valley creates a beautiful panorama/view for picture purposes.
Packs used: Jungle Adventure (some concrete walls), Spa Day (other concrete walls) and City Living

I'm looking for the striped chair from this build and can't find it. It's gorgeous. Thank you.
Hi! Which chair? It’s all in the download file :) Click “Long May She Reign” it’ll definitely be in there
link pls
Thank you. I did as you suggested but same results. It's weird--I've placed 3 others with no issue. I guess Alto hates me! LOL!
This build is pretty old, so I wouldn't be too surprised if something wonky was happening with it lol
Beautiful design. Buuuuuuut. Every time I try to place the lot it crashes my game. And the lines never turn yellow or green. Always red. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
Maybe a slot error - run all of the batch fixes listed under Objects in Sims 4 Studio and be sure it’s placed on the correct apartment lot.
大大的房子超级好看！只是我不知道怎么赞助您，我第一次来外网支付都不会弄。太多漂亮的房子了，我被震撼到了！慕名而来！
Hey dear - use Google translate and wanted to reply: unfortunately, Patreon only accepts a limit number of payment options. I can only accept what's accepted on their platform; so sorry <3
This is amazing! I finally imported into my game and love it!!!! I have rainbow colored arches around the edges. Do i need another mod to download?
So happy to hear that! And that’s because the texture files are missing — you’ll have to redownload the set from the creator (Lofte Living by Peacemaker) and put the texture package files in your Mods folder. It will work once you do that.
i'm toooo ready to see what you will build for Island Paradise!
Yesss cousin! Working on a yacht ;) Will release it the same day as the pack! i'll be spending a lot of time building in that world, for SURE
