Progress Report v0.20 #5 - I'm back

Hey lads!

Just a small notice that I'm back at work. I already started slowly working during the weekend, so now you can move character by holding the mouse button instead of clicking all the time, for example. I'm not gonna hide that my productivity will be a bit lower (especially on porn content) at the beginning, but it's only temporary, so bear with me, please.

I got a lot of feedback & bug reports (thanks a lot!), both for v0.19 and v0.20, and after checking deeper and deeper I found out that in v0.19 we accidentally overwrote some of the changes from pre-v0.19... Like being able to take a break while working at Kevin's Diner (added in v0.17b) or hobo event with pink drink (added in v0.17a). So right now I'm going through all dialogue changes from v0.16 to v0.18, trying to fix it all. So aside from restoring gym, v0.20a will also have a lot of bug fixes, thus it can take me a bit more to release v0.20a, but I'm sure it will be still this week, since gym is almost finished.
