Progress Report v0.17c #1 - new UI

Hey lads!

This feature was originally meant for v0.18, but since game is pretty bugged (as always) and I already started reworking UI, I'll release it together with bug fixes once I'm done, most likely on Thursday. Then I'm gonna take a break on Friday-Sunday (family comes over) and get back to finishing v0.17d with new sex scenes (most of it is already one). Then full throttle into v0.18!
