6th April 2026: Updated to 32-bit instance IDs for the Royalty & Legacy dlc (prevents dropped careers). You will need to rejoin the career. If your Sim already had the career, a one-time LE may occur on the first load only. Make sure to delete the old version, as the file names have changed.

Hey everyone! I’m so excited to finally share my new Pharmacist Career with you! If you remember my old one, it was a conversion from a TS3 career by MissyHissy; this is a complete recreation and nothing like the original! It started off as just another rebuild for my classic careers collection, but I got a little carried away and added a BUNCH of extra stuff.
This is a full 10-level career, completely base game compatible, and packed with custom features to make it feel like a true Sims 4 experience rather than just a simple rabbit hole job.

im sorry my english very bad. first im must say thank u u wonderful best modder. but now i have one problem. My language is german. all times when u have update - i have all ur files - i know only how i translation in german with sims4 studio- this take me all times more days more hours to translation. but new update and more times is not the communaction in game - i must sit again hours days - i know u very busy with ur modder, but have any chance u can also german incredit in the file finish translation:????? pls really i dont know how i can do other i was learn this now. pls help.
The CPhT Exam is not working? its constantly greyed out as if its outside opening times, any ideas on what I may have done wrong the mod has been fine up to now and no mods changes made.
Hi Megan, sounds like your sims hours haven’t been approved yet. Once they’ve worked the required shifts, they’ll have to wait for their hours to be approved. This happens automatically.

Hi, I have this and other careers from you and recently they keep disappearing from my sims since the last update. For example my sims picks the career then the next day they don’t have that job. So today I deleted all the careers and redownloaded them and it’s still the same but the go to work and if I let them travel then the job is gone again so not got a clue what’s going on there.
That's because you have a mod that's outdated. Do you have Turbodriver's Unlimited Jobs Mod? People have been reporting issues with that installed.

Hey Taylor, at Level 3? The Dispensing Accuracy exam is only available once your Sim has finished studying. If they've failed the exam, they need to restudy the Pharmaceutical Workbook in their inventory to unlock the test again. I've just double checked it to be sure, it works fine.
is this an active career where you can go with your sim or not?
Hi Olivia, no, it's a rabbithole, and it didn't make sense to be semi-active. The issue with active careers is that this one would require a custom lot, and that's where things tend to break easily.
Can someone please tell me how to 'browse medical research sites'. I tried using the computer for my sim and look under career and web, and its wasnt under them. (i also tried the phone and it wasnt there)

Hello, the exam is not showing and my sim hasn't even taken it to fail. It just says she's ready and the exam is waiting, but it doesn't allow her to take it even between the times listed.
while playing a sim with this career. every time I try to save it kicks me out.But only when I use the sim with this career .Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
It would be so cool if some of your careers worked with the degrees from the university pack! Just an idea, i have my sim going to school for biology just for story telling purposes, but i fully intend for her to be a pharmacist and have her take the exam!

hey so i'm at level 3 now, and the exam for the dispensing accuracy certifcation isn't showing up on the computer nor on the phone :( is this a bug or am i missing something? my sim also completed the studies for it
i only downloaded the mod a few days ago btw!
