Elite Workshop Day 2 — Let's make something for tracking a fugitive!

Hey heroes! Thanks for the votes and comments yesterday! Let's make another item together!

These are loose item ideas based on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Dust of Tracking — A pouch of magical dust that you can throw on a creature to cause their footprints to leave a magical glow behind them for a period of time.

Tweeter Tracker — A bird figurine that can summon a hunting falcon. The falcon flies up, allowing you to see through its senses, and searches for a target of your choice.

Soul Anchor Arrow — A magical arrow that leaves no physical marks, but inflicts the slow spell for up to 1 minute on a failed save, or simply reducing speed on a successful one.

Helm of the Visionary — A metal helm with a solid plate visor. The visor has no holes, blinding you, but granting you blindsight out to a range of 30 feet.

Thanks for the suggestions! Let's make something fun this week!
