Elite Workshop Day 2 — Let's make something from a Dragon's horn!

These are loose item ideas based on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Dragonfear Horn — A warhorn that has a number of charges. You can expend a charge to blow into the horn and cause nearby hostile creatures to become frightened of you for up to 1 minute. The sound it emits sounds like a dragon's roar, depending on the kind of dragon it's from.

Whistling Warclub — A greatclub carved from a dragon's horn that allows you to deal thunder damage around you on a miss using charges. You can blow through the horn once a day to cast the heroism spell, affecting multiple creatures for up to 1 minute.

Blue Dracoshield — A shield carved from the horn of an electric blue dragon, allowing you to ram into targets when you run at them for lightning damage. It also grants a bonus to AC, resistance to lightning damage, and lets you give a weapon an electrical charge by dragging it across the shield.

Horn of Dragonblood — A magical drinking horn that can fill with blood each day, allowing you to exhale a noxious breath after drinking from it. The effect of the breath depends on the kind of dragon it was harvest from, such as a paralyzing breath, sleeping breath, etc.

Helm of the Warrior Dragon — A horned helmet that allows you to replace one of your attacks each turn with a goring attack, dealing elemental damage using charges. The horn can be used as a spellcasting focus, and you can also expend charges to unleash other magical effects from the horn.

Wyrmling Whistle — A dragon horn that's been whittled down into a fine whistle. While holding it, you can speak and understand Draconic. You can blow into the whistle to summon a spectral dragon wyrmling ally, which can release a gout of spiritual flames for force damage.

The Hoarder's Haul — A large horn that's been cracked in two to leave a shape akin to a crude, hollow cart. It can float above the ground and carry up to 500 pounds. You can magically lock items within the cart, preventing them from being taken, and dealing damage to creatures that try to.
