Hey heroes! Let's make an item you'd find in a magical planetarium!

These are loose item ideas using on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Astronomer's Boon — A magical astrolabe that, when used under the night sky can be seen through to project the stars in the constellations ahead (using an included example table). You can touch one of the projected constellations to gain a unique boon until the next dusk based on the one you selected.

Stargazer's Respite — A magical shelter, like a physical tiny hut, that projects the night sky overhead as it would appear if you were outside at night. You can deploy the shelter over the course of 1 minute, which has a number of hit points and AC.

Constellation Scroll — A scroll containing various known constellations of a potentially alien realm. You can use the scroll as an action to summon a celestial familiar based on one of the constellations of your choice from the scroll.

Nightstrider Mask — A ballroom mask adorned with star-like shimmers. When you look up at the night's sky, you know the names and locations of all constellations, and when you can't see the sky, you can conjure an illusory vision of the sky that only you can see. From dusk til dawn, you can't become lost.

Spell Refractor — A shield made from a massive crystal lens designed to extend the range of divination magic. When a willing friendly creature casts a spell whose range you're within, you can use your reaction to refract the magic through the shield and allow the caster to cast the spell as if it were in your space.

Starfall Staff — A staff made from a long, extended telescope. When used as a telescope, you can perceive the world around you as if it were a clear, cloudless night. It has X charges which can be used to summon shooting stars as a spell attack, give astral guidance to an ally, or create starlight to dispel darkness.
