**Spell Refractor** *Armor (shield), rare* This shield is made from the main lens of a colossal telescope designed to extend the range of divinitory magic, with a thick ring of rune-inscribed mithral around it. When a willing creature casts a spell while you are inside its range you can use your reaction to refract the magic through the shield, allowing the caster to target the spell as if they were in your space. **Visor of Astronomic Guidance** *Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)* This glass visor swirls with constellation-like patterns, seemingly at the whim of a wandering mind. This visor is a sentient magic item with an intelligence of 16, a wisdom of 16, and a charisma of 10. It is neutral and has the personality of a researcher, constantly analyzing your surroundings and displaying information in the form of its constellations. It is also familiar with both mundane and occult matters related to the stars. While wearing this visor, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) and Intelligence (Investigation) checks and cannot be surprised as the intelligence acts to advise you on your surroundings, as well as any Intelligence checks made to recall information about constellations or stellar phenomena. Additionally, you can focus the visor's analytical capabilities to cast the *bless* spell targeting yourself and three other creatures. When you do so, all creatures you target with this ability gain a spectral version of the visor. When cast in this way, you and all targets can also add 1d4 to any ability checks you make. If you lose concentration on this effect, you retain the benefits, but the spectral copies of the visor vanish. Once this ability has been used, it cannot be used again until dusk. **Starfall Staff** *Staff, ??? (requires attunement)* This long staff extends out from an ornate telescope. When in the form of a telescope, looking through it allows you to see the world as it would appear on a clear, cloudless night. This staff has X charges, and regains XdX + X at dusk. As an action, you can expend 1 or more charges to activate the following effects. -You can expend 1 charge as an action to fire a hail of tiny shooting stars towards a target. Make 3 ranged spell attacks at targets within 60ft, which deal XdX + X force damage on a hit. -You expend 1 charge as a bonus action to give one creature within 30ft a tiny, guiding star that drifts around their head. When that creature makes an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw it can focus on the star to gain advantage on that roll, causing the star to blink out of existence. -You expend 1 charge as an action to summon a bright star that hovers at a point you can see within 60ft. This star sheds bright light for 60ft and dim light for an additional 60ft, and dispels magic darkness made by spells of X level or lower. This mote lasts for 1 minute, and as a bonus action while it is present you can move it up to 60ft. **Starfall.** As an action, you can shatter the staff. When you do so, it calls down a star from the sky, targeting a point you can see within 1 mile. All creatures within 60ft must make a DC XX Dexterity saving throw or take Xd6 force and Xd6 bludgeoning damage, or half as much on a success. **Starpoint Ring** *Ring, uncommon* These star gem rings typically come in sets of 2-4. When wearing one of these rings, you can use your action to hold it aloft, radiating light outward. Up to 3 willing creatures within 30ft wearing one of these rings can use its reaction to hold its own ring up, forming a 5ft wide line between you and the creature. Any creature in this line must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 radiant damage, or half as much on a success.

At the start of the rest, you can activate this device and place it on the ground. An invisible, 15-foot radius dome of magic appears centered on the device. The inside of the dome is warm, dry, and comfortable regardless of the external environmental conditions when the device is activated.
