Elite Workshop Day 2 — Let's make a Swarm of Ravens item!

Hey heroes! Let's make an item from a swarm of ravens!!

These are loose item ideas using on the suggestions from yesterday's direction poll. Some of these may have had their ideas adjusted or combined with other like-minded suggestions. The final product may or may not use the original wording, so these are the core of the items' functionality and flavor.

Ideas

Corvid Cowl — A cowl of black feathers that allows you to teleport to a space within 60 feet of you once a day, exploding into a swarm of ravens when you do that force nearby creatures to make a saving throw or take piercing damage and be frightened of you.

Swarm Arrow — A black arrow fletched with raven feathers. When fired, it becomes 3 separate arrows. Make a separate attack roll for each arrow against the same target within range. The arrows appear as a swarm of ravens while in flight.

Unkind Blade — A jet-black dagger that releases small raven feathers when swung. When you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you can teleport to that creature's location or to another unoccupied space within 30 feet of you in a plume of shadow and feathers using your reaction.

Mantle of Conspiracy — An inky, hooded mantle decorated with raven feathers and buttons made of jet. You can use a bonus action to transform into a number of ravens, flying each one to a space you can within 60 feet. At the start of your next turn, the ravens vanish, and you reappear in the space of one of the ravens.
