Is there any extras to hit and damage...is it a plus 1,2,3 weapon? It seems a little strange for a legendary weapon to not have that bonus.
Not *all* legendaries do, but they *almost* all do. In this case I went with the flat +2d8 radiant instead, since arrows can have +1, +2, or +3 stacked on them anyway. Since this is based on the Solar's weapon anyway, which didn't come with those bonuses to hit, I felt like going in the radiant damage direction instead was the better angle. However, you can feel free to change it!
Will the crit from the 20 still double the dice? Also the 6d8?
