Sanguine Vambraces

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

These red bracers ripple faintly with a bloody shimmer. While wearing them, you can expend 2 Hit Dice to cast the vampiric touch spell from them (spell attack bonus +7) by forgoing making an attack as part of the Attack action. For the duration, you can forgo making an attack as part of the Attack action to make subsequent spell attacks with it. You can still only make one attack with the spell on each of your turns.

Curse. These bracers are cursed, and becoming attuned to them extends the curse to you. While cursed, you gain the following flaw: "The feeling of siphoning life with necromancy is euphoric—so much so that I feel compelled to do it every day. I mustn't let others find out."

Hey, have any of you noticed Georgie acting a little...bloodthirsty?
