Stitchwitch's Wand
Wand, rare
This peculiar crochet hook is actually a wand cherished by a matronly witch. It also functions as a set of weaver's tools and creates its own yarn while crocheting or knitting with it; you choose the color and texture of the yarn, which is nonmagical.
The wand has 3 charges and regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. While holding the wand, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to target a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you. The target must then succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or be transformed into a Tiny plushlike version of itself. While transformed, the creature cannot speak, move, or take actions that would require it to physically move; it also has an AC of 10, and it automatically fails Strength and Dexterity saving throws. A creature can choose to fail the saving throw to resist being transformed.
A creature remains transformed in this way for an amount of time based on the charges expended: 1 (1 minute), 2 (10 minutes), or 3 (1 hour). The effect ends early if your concentration on the effect ends (as if you were concentrating on a spell), or if the creature takes any damage, at which point any damage dealt carries over to its normal form.

Oh, I have just introduced an artificer who specializes in all the other plushie items you've posted. This is ABSOLUTELY her signature wand!
I am absurdly in love with a magical crochet hook.
