Persephone's Portrait Remastered
Since the next major patch will feature her personal story, why not update her looks? Here's the comparison between 2026 and 2023 .

She looks like she aged years, not in a bad way, but as if the sector itself was crushing.
Its nice... but can we keep the old ones as options? Kinda like her older portrait more...
I've unfortunately replaced the original portrait's file... but at least the smaller old portrait is still in the mod.

I like the old one better. Give more of a mysterious, witch-like impression, whereas the new one is just a stern commander woman.
Not exactly what I was going for but that's an interesting opinion because I'm sure that's what her fellow colleagues would say about her too.
The new one feels much more humanly, and while I also like the current one, it gives off a Terminator vibe. Idk, I'm probably just ranting

The portrait is good, she she looks a lot more tired and sad if that's what you were going for, almost borderline despair. in 2023 She also looked a bit sad and "i've been through some shit but i'm still happy and find happiness"
Indeed the new portrait is more faithful to the lore I established on her. The red darkened eyes betrays the forced smile as she hasn't moved on from the traumatic past.
I quite like the new iteration. The hair color, the bandana symbol now more noticeable and the look down view makes me think, is she quite tall? The eyes... sad, angry?
I think the vibe shifted a bit, 2023 looks more ominous i would say. I am no artist and know nothing about it, but the 2026 version looks more scornful(?), she is presented looking down at the viewer, representing either a position of power or superiority to the viewer. She looks imposing, but also kinda tired? The 2023 version doesn't look as imposing, but she looks more ominous, like a welcoming smile, but dangerous and misterious eyes, I think the darker hair also helps this.

If we prefer older style will it remain in the files for us to change?
Or possibly keep the old portrait in the option list so we can VIC it if we want to cause personally I like both
