UAF merch someday?
I wonder if any of you are interested in this kind of collectible stuff?
This is just a first draft and there's a lot that can be improved, but I'm really happy with the result so far!

I know i'm late but in case you read it i also think merch would be really cool, of course it may not be the easiest to actually sell. But i personally think with all the great art a mouse pad of a carrier with fighters would be really nice. Not personally going to buy something with an anime girl on it, as good as the art may be. A poster or some display art would be nice too, maybe somewhere you can put up a design and just get a part of the money instead of having to sell it yourself.
Absolutely yes, a mousepad with something like an Auroran fleet (or the bridge bunny doctrine) would go insanely hard

I'd be very interested in the desk pad, if it were made of an alternative material, not the usual rubber in most mousepads. Traditional pads give me skin irritation.

i'd pay for a ship mat a fair price (if the quality is decent), absolutely. i'm too old to have waifu mats but ship mats are dope, i'd get 2-3 even :). a merch i can use an enjoy every day is the best merch!

I would 100% buy 3d printed models of your ships to paint and make a diorama of a battle 😎 Heck if ya ever made a board game with models of star characters and ships kind of like the board game ISS Vanguard story driven board game but the UAF story instead that would be cool!

Yea for sure. I love the UAF team and supporting them, but I cancelled the patreon membership just because it adds up over time but one time purchases are easier to make
Very interested ,I am not subscribed to the patreon because i'm scared of forgetting about it ,but i am much more comfortable with one time purchase to get merch with your art on it

Conceptually I'm on board. Buuut as much as I'd hate to play devils advocate how much profit could you make from these novelties to fund the development of the mod? Nevermind the logistics and cost of shipping internationally, setting up the storefront, and payment processing.
Not a lot to be honest. In fact, my primary motivation is to treat these as just things to experience as an artist. A point in the bucket list if you will. I'm here to enjoy the process, regardless if its a failure or not. The mod is currently fully funded so long as the numbers stayed the way it is but even then, I still have enough saving just in case if things go down. if I earn profits from this, I'll save it for future projects once the UAF mod development ends.
