Initial release of my partially rewritten version of the ClothingStateMenu plugin made by essu. It's no longer always-on and is now instead integrated into the game UI in hopes of being easier to use. The plugin's interface is also cleaner and more concise now. The UI integration requires KKAPI v1.1
