This is a list of all HF Patches made by me. The links point to each of the patches' repositories, you can find the full readme as well as all of the release notes there.

You can use the HF Patch Download Tool to automatically download and install the correct patch for any of the supported games. The tool is available to patrons only, to download the patches for free use magnet links included in the patch releases below.

If you want to get notified about new releases of a specific patch: go to the patch's GitHub page from the list above, click "Watch" in the top right corner, then select "Custom" and only check "Releases". You will need a GitHub account for this.
