You should go to Vvo Reptile Ranch, Phoenix Herpetological Sanctuary or The Zoo at Arizona Rattlesnake Aversion

Ooh I would love to go to Arizona!

Bat cave 🦇

M
Mya Byers · October 20, 2026

When I saw bat and cave theme, I went straight to it and I didn't even want to see the other options. [my mind went straight to the batcave from Batman]

Don’t you love the snake videos

E

Hi!

If anyone wants to try fry bread and is in DC, they have it at the Smithsonian American Indian Museum. If you're in the mood for something sweet, fry bread with honey and powdered sugar is amazing.

L
Laura Walczak · October 19, 2026

Had to come and vote even though it’s late to see what was winning and oh I so hope you went to the bat cave!

C
Celeste Mariscal · October 18, 2026

No offense. But out of all the restaurants in Phoenix, you chose these?

K
Kayla Chavez · October 18, 2026

Some good authentic fry bread needs to be had before you leave AZ. Even just with honey and powdered sugar 🤤

Whilst I love the idea of a 'Bat & Cave themed restaurant', I voted for the Frybread Lounge because, as an Aussie, I'm interested in what they serve there and how good it is. Wherever you decide - have a great time!!!

L
Larysa Jaworski · October 17, 2026

Actually, I just checked both of their menus online - this really cements my vote for the Frybread Lounge! The Bat & Cave seems to have a LOT of spicy stuff, and while I'm sure Ed would enjoy that, I'm NOT sure Emily would! lol The Frybread Lounge looks MUCH more up Emily's road. :)

Kandie Bennett · October 17, 2026

Go for the bat cave how often will you find a place like that

S
Soli Johnson · October 17, 2026

Too late to vote here but can I vote for your visiting Rattlesnake Solutions?

E

E

You should vist the metor crador in arizona i think it will be fun plus i think there might be snakes there

J
Julia Tarrel · October 17, 2026

When else will you get a chance to eat at a 'bat and cave' themed restaurant? And if I recall correctly, Emily, you once worked in a cave.

N
Nia Harmes · October 17, 2026

Definitely the bat and cave theme!!

O
Owl · October 17, 2026

The bat cave of course! Although frybread does sounds yummy!

M
Mia Flores · October 17, 2026

I love Mexican food🩷when I went the food was amazing and very comforting.

My vote’s a bit late. It was a tossup between the Frybread Lounge and Carlsbad Tavern. Both sound unique. If you haven’t had a frybred taco, you need to. Also heard if you go in a group to the Carlsbad Tavern that is larger than 6 or 8, they might charge you a 20% required tip, and won’t allow you to split the bill. BUT they are open quite late at night, so that is good. For atmosphere, the Carlsbad Tavern sounds cool, but the Frybread Lounge is gonna be a very unique and Arizonay experience.

Letitia Graves · October 17, 2026

wanted to note that if you would like to keep a bat theme the az science center has an exhibit about cave dwelling species and has live bats. if you want to go with native american theme you could go to the heard native american art museum as well. :)

The bat cave...I am batman

S
Stefanie Fisco · October 17, 2026

We've been to Carlsbad Tavern. I don't remember if it was good or bad, but I remember recommending people go to once.

K
Kamie Hedrington · October 17, 2026

Hard to decide between caves and fry bread. Lol

Lived here my whole life and I’ve never heard of any of these I’m a terrible Zonian ahaha

J
Jennifer Graetz · October 17, 2026

The bat cave sounds super cool. The frybread place would be my second choice. But I really want to see the bat cave and I hope you will film some content there.

E

V

I really miss fry bread, always recommend it to anyone traveling through!

M
Mimiheart · October 17, 2026

Aunt Chilada's is amazing. So is Frybread Lounge. But if you're only going to one place, you *have* to go to Carlsbad Tavern. (Coming from someone born and who lived in Phoenix/Scottsdale for over 30 years even if I don't live there now.)

J
Jordin Simberlund · October 17, 2026

Honest hard tie between Carlsbad Tavern and Frybread Lounge but unfortunately bats/cave just barely wins because it's October. 🖤🩷🖤🩷 Enjoy either way!

M
Madison Marrottia · October 17, 2026

Me and my daughter been watching your videos for so long she’s only six years old and loves seeing when you guys post new videos and she loves snakes. We even have a hognose snake. We also live in Arizona and hope one day we can see you all in person

I didn't know there was such a thing as Native American cuisine that you could eat in a restaurant. I know I shouldn't assume that, but most places I live around don't carry that kind of food despite so many different cultures lived all across the United States hundreds of years ago, so I don't think about it much. Food is such a great culture share. I would love to try authentic cuisine from indigenous cultures.

K
Kayla Chavez · October 18, 2026

Almost 25% of Arizona is indigenous/tribal land. With Navajo Nation (the largest reservation) taking up a good portion of that and other tribes like Apache, Hopi, and Paiute among others, we thankfully have quite a few Native American Restaurants throughout the state. If you ever find yourself in AZ, look around for fry bread and Navajo tacos. Some of the best fry bread is found on pull offs on the highways and there will probably be some beaded jewelry to purchase nearby too

J
Jennifer Lane · October 17, 2026

I think that they should try some bison burgers. They should have something that's different.

M
Máma Goblin · October 17, 2026

Bats! Bats are goblin friends, yesyes!!

C

B

I've never been to Arizona, but I've had friends who are from Arizona and they've told me that one of their favorite places to eat out at was Carlsbad Tavern.

E
Erin Parquette · October 17, 2026

I don't know any of these places but man I really want to see what a bat and cave themed restaurant looks like 🥰

l
livin_for$nakes · October 17, 2026

I have fam in Arizona and if you head down to Phoenix it is called The Canasta.

S
Savannah Maughan · October 17, 2026

But what does the Mexican food establishment look like? If they speak little English then you are in the right place. 🤤

T
Tania S. · October 17, 2026

I was just in Arizona on one of Bob Bledsoe's herping trips, and a bunch of people were talking about that Frybread place. 🙂
