New Video Today
The Ki-84 video is taking a long time, so for now, I'll put up a short video on a relatively unknown Japanese aircraft. It's a plane that was hugely flawed in principle and had no real effect on the war. However, changes to the plane near the end of the war showed a possible shift in Japanese attitudes in regards to the value of pilots.
It looks to me like they went from considering pilots to be something to expend, like fuel or ammunition to someone that was difficult to replace and of value. It's a super short video, I hope you like it.
I am working on that Ki-84 project.

Saw the video you never miss a chance to have a dig at Subaru car design
It can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/o_U6E59mCQU
I have no link to the Patreon video showing...
Me neither.
If its taking that long it'll be much pleasure to watch it. Waiting patiently for it, all the best Greg
Nice preview. I am glad the Japs made the "superb" A6M instead of this at the start of the war. That paper tiger had much less performance and Zero pilot protection. Pun intended .... but you guys know all of that.
Great stuff!
Sounds pretty cool.
