Seat Reclining Problem and Solution

Ahh, public smoking or indoor smoking, be gone demons! I never agreed with the no smoking laws, it should have been left to individual businesses. As someone who has a slight allergy to cig smoke, I am pleased but conflicted. Amazing how far down the d-bag hole people will willingly jump when boarding airplanes; sit down and immediately recline, once landed jump up and rush to get bags etc. Greg, on, your fini flight for the day you retire please tap the brakes a few times, sending those who have stood up prior to the gate tumbling down the aisle!😎 please?

Your solution implies that the manufacturers would sppend the money on the R&D, testing and certification of the new seat design. Not sure the groundswell from passengers is large enough to make it all the way through the pipe from passenger through airlines to mfg. I’m a pessimist by nature though. :D
