Please watch it it's hella gooood
It’s based on a Japanese manga and anime . I’m curious about this and how it will translate into live action. So yes 👍
Looks cool. I'd watch it.
if this is what youd choose in terms of a second drama id rather a classic like k2 or healer or vagabond which has been mentioned a few times or even something recent that flew under few reactors radar which is "good mother bad mother" which is just amazing and hooks you like crazy and is easy to watch on netflix but i wouldnt be against it if you find it interesting ofc
Not a bad thing to give a shot. I saw a clip where there were a bunch of parasites on a bridge throwing cars at each other so it's probably not going to follow the original story.
Honestly? Hell no I'm not, but probably will check it out with you if you decide to
Why not I been keeping my eye on this one glad to see it’s on your radar
haven’t seen the anime nor read the manga lol but I always tune into Koo Gyohwan’s projects bc he’s such an amazing actor
Why not? It’s only 6 episodes. Btw, this is based on the manga but this is more of a spinoff set in the same world. So no, they are not changing the story for those complaining.
Yes
Parasyte the Maxim is one of my favorite animes, but I have a hard time seeing a live action of this being done well and the cast is pretty weak. On the other hand the director made Train to Busan so there is a chance, I'll definitely give it a chance but I have low expectations
I'm just gonna put it out there that Koo Kyo Hwan is one of the best character actors and I'm thoroughly hyped to see him in this.
yes pleaseeee
I'm interested. It's on my list after seeing a trailer.
Yes please. I thought it’d be goofy like all live action expectations, but then after seeing the trailer chase scenes and the fact the [Train to Busan] director is directing this, I’m cautiously optimistic
Can already predict it's gonna be a terrible adaptation of the manga, they tend to love to do that. Why did they even change the mc instead of just trying to adapt it to a faithful live-action is beyond me.
Damn, randomly ended up seeing this Ricky Gervais' short just after posting and i find it pretty accurate for that live-action :) https://www.youtube.com/shorts/RV0nQoOw8Vc
I have this on my will be watching it... Lets see how much it is different from sweet home... I have not seen the anime...
Little, but this kind of story is so hard to do good live action for it. It just looks bad how in the trailer the parasyte people look like, it just doesn't fit too well is my opinion of it. Might still be decent kdrama in the Parasyte world.
i saw the trailer and it actually look kinda wild. not sure how well it will be but def interesting
I'm in! Btw, Another great show going on now is 3 Body Problem. It's crazy. Don't care if it's here or on your own time. Gotta watch it. I know RTTV are reacting to it but I actually thought it would be one of those shows everyone would be reacting to. 🤷♂️ Sci-fi by the way.
I was thinking of watching that, I heard it got pretty controversial in the first episode according to Chinese citizens
It's not a remake like say Avatar or One Piece. it's an original story/ adapatation off the manga (Like how Death's Game and Moving are also based off manwhas/webtoons)
Facts
I had on the list, counting down the days
Yes
Let's do it!
I was going to watch it anyway see if it was good or not! So if it’s worth the watch why not. Finger crossed 🤞it’s good you know.
It's a whole different story so hell yeah
Yes, YES, Yes
Not interested but I didn't watch the anime and I'm not into horror
Ahh
Yes
Hell yeah!
Hell yeah brother
