Episode 25 | Extraordinary Fallas In Valencia
Hello Wonderful Voyagers.
I'm a little late on this episode, my apologies. I'm in Alicante Spain and had to come to the office for good wifi this morning.
In this episode we're still in Valencia and it's in full Fallas. The city literally explodes every day at 14:00. Mom and Mickey are still with me another couple of days and we get first row look at the big bang. Before that we visit the stunning Mercado Central. But the big highlight is the visit to the Ninots exposition at The Ciudad de Artes y Ciences. I've never seen such beautiful works united in one place. It's critical satire at it's best. Valencians have a great sense of humor and know how to manifest it. And to think that all these will be burnt in public during the last day of celebrations. It's something we all will have to see. Meanwhile we can enjoy them exposed in tranquility.

Bless your mother for her bravery and strength, especially during that time period. Her decisions couldn't have been easy. She's a fantastic example of a strong, smart, beautiful woman doing what she had to do for herself and her family, all while maintaining her fabulousness in the process. Gotta love that.
