Precious Paper Sailboats
This thought came to my mind recently. That is, to fold currency notes into paper sailboats. I couldn't coax my memory to search a how-to-do-this... and yes, a search on-line gave me rapid satisfaction. And it came back naturally. Now I can make one with my eyes closed. I used money from my emergency travel wallet, an assortment of currency notes and coins from my travels. It is always handy as illustrated above.
Before long I had several little boats and I thought that they represented all my fellow sailors out there staying afloat thanks to Patreon and the wonderful people supporting us all. People around me support the idea of my Winded Voyage, but can't quite grasp how I could support myself and produce a completely independent series. It's practically impossible to do this without help. If it weren't for Nike of WhiteSpotPirates, Delos, Wicked Salty and La Vagabonde who demonstrated that the impossible is possible, I'd still be just dreaming. They profoundly inspired me and showed that there are good souls out there supporting the independent spirit.
Our work is amateur, imperfect but genuine. If you like what we do, if it sucks or is not of your taste you'll tell us. We need only answer to you and not some commercial enterprise or a formatted production. We can communicate, exchange and make jokes. And even though this is in part virtual, there is a good chance that someday we may meet in reality. As it is, I consider you all my friends. Thank you.

The "Money Boats" rock. Should our paths cross one day, the first bottle of Bourbon is on me. Cheers.
Yeah, I'm pretty happy with the money boats too. (Pardon my self congratulations). They look really cool, and I've not been able to unfold them. I like to look at them, and I found some more bills, so I'm gonna make more. Thanks for your support also!!!
