While I’ve been planning my return, I’ve been heads-down in the Dakar boatyard, getting the 1984 Jeanneau SunFizz 40 ready for the next leg. We’ve been repairing the sails, fixing the rigging, and applying what I call the "African Standard" to get her sea-ready for the West African coast.
