some sketch cards !!

I've been drawing traditionally more, again! Truthfully, I used to draw in my sketchbooks every single morning as a warmup. I had a rule that I wasn't allowed to show anyone anything I drew in them. I think this helped me free up my mind and draw whatever it was I wanted.

However, as time goes by and I got busier, I started skipping my warmups and so months would go by without me drawing in those books at all. So, recently I decided to start sharing these sketches online as a way to motivate myself to keep doing my warmups! They're not fancy or polished, but they're fun to do. If you only work digitally, I recommend trying traditional occasionally! I find it's a good way to give my mind a break and let it reset, and draw only for fun instead of work.

Also, some of these individual cards are for sale on our website now. I've never sold original art before, so it's something I'm nervous about. If you've ever wanted to own hand drawn art by me, go check it out!
