Final Progress Report #2 & New Team Member
Hi everyone!
A quick update regarding School of Lust version 0.2.1, which was supposed to release this weekend. I regret to announce that we won't be able to make it today. It's midnight here right now, and there are still quite a few things left to do. We need a couple more days to finish testing the new animated scene, testing on Mac/Linux and fix a few more bugs we found. Higher tier patrons will receive the build a bit earlier.
Version 0.2.1 will mainly consist of quality of life changes. It will also include one new animated h-scene, 2 new mini-games and lots of bug fixes. Unfortunately, we were unable to include the expansion of the Hole and dating (as they're missing the required artwork), but we're focusing on those next, and they'll be added soon.
That said, we have some news to share with you guys. Thanks to your generous support, we've hired yet another artist!
While we already have 2 artists working on School of Lust, some of you complained about the inconsistency in the artwork of the scenes, mainly those done by the secondary artist, who created (for example) the "Violet & Sofia footjob" scene and "Flora drunk sleeping on the couch" scene. These scenes are being re-made and will be replaced in a future update.
We already replaced her scenes in earlier updates, like this one:
Putting them side by side really makes you notice the differences, doesn't it? The secondary artist who created those scenes will from here on solely focus on pixel-art for School of Lust instead. She already created most of the custom pixel-art available in-game.
The new (third) artist has a similar art style present in the game, that will make sure to keep the artwork in School of Lust more consistent. Him joining the team will help us tremendously to release updates faster. I'll showcase some of his awesome work soon for those that are interested!
We'll expand our team next with voice actors.

Hi DJB! You need to enter the Hole, and defeat the "mini boss" at the end of the floor. She'll drop a book, that allows you to increase your hypnosis level. Let us know if you need further help. Cheers =)
How can the progress bar be at 100 for a whole day now and we still haven't received our links. It's my day off today was really looking forward to seeing this update.

Quintana the issue I have is that us 20$ patreons were said to have access to beta testing builds and I was never even sent a download link for the recent build that was patched. The way that donators get access to the new builds is lazy and there needs to be a link established.
I am also a 20$ patreon and have not been included in the beta tests. i think this release is supposed to get to us first. not sure though.
24 hours have passed already, i guess, any news?
I'm starting to get the feeling all of the patreon tier rewards are the same since despite being a $20 patreon we will be receiving the same build at the same time as the $10 patreons let alone this build being significantly less content than was promised and almost a month later than announced. either they hit some major bugs or this isn't a patreon page that cant justify their tier prices and is hoping nobody notices

@BonerGames would it be possible to implement an update progress bar into the patreon so that we could actively check progress whenever?
If you go to the overview tab you can see a progress bar there, although it hasn't changed for a few days. Last I heard they should be releasing the new build within the next 24 hours. I saw that about 4 hours ago.
G'day just wondering how you transfer saves from one version to the next? Just not sure which file contains the saves. Also how do I message you about the custom scene?
I have a theory as to how you could transfer your save. It should be pretty simple but I cant guarantee that it will work completely. Plus if you don't play though then you will miss out on any new/updated juicy scenes that might have been released with the update. If your still wanting to then let me know and I'll tell you how.
This is taking a LOT longer than what was predicted. Are they even working on the game?

I keep raising the romance levels so i can go out on a date but it always say its not high enough. What romance level do you have to have to be able to take them out on dates?

There where a lot of people complaining about crashes in the last update so I figured this patch would be more focused on addressing those issues. I see the fact you focused on those issues this patch as a sign your paying attention to your players and supporters and that's alwase a big bonus with me. You have my support keep up the good work

We've indeed spent quite some time looking into the crashing problem, and we're introducing a few changes, which should hopefully fix them, however I tried playing at least a few hours through the game on 3 different systems, ranging from a low-end laptop to a high-end desktop computer, and I haven't experienced any crashes. The programmer tested it as well, and he experienced no crashes either. I'm of course not saying people are lying, but it's really difficult to fix something you can't replicate, so I'm crossing my fingers! We'll know soon enough if it will fix the problem =) *ps: sorry for the long ramble*

How do you unlock memory 16?
Hi bob! Memory #16 is there memory where you have breakfast with Flora and Natalie on the dining table during the weekends. You need to go downstairs to the living room in the morning (when Flora calls you down), and make sure to talk to Flora to trigger the event. There are two scenes that trigger on two different days, and you need to finish both. Let me know if you need further help. Good luck =)
How i change into alter ego?
Hi jameinwe! An event will trigger on the 29th day (which I believe is October 3rd in-game) when you go to sleep, which will allow you to change using the mirror. Good luck =)
i dont mind anything game related being delayed as long as there is progress, but i do hate when things are rushed out when not ready, so dont worry about being late just make sure things come out right no matter how long it takes

Sounds great so far. Here's an idea, what about a poll on which of the... ten girls, I think it's ten, is the fan favorite at the moment. That way, when it comes to designing artwork and code, you can use that as a reference point.
