Final Progress Report - Version 0.2.1
Hi everyone! Here's a quick update on what we've been up to.
Version 0.2.1 is taking longer than expected to release, however we plan to release it before/during the weekend.
The new mini-games took most of our time to develop. We've added two mini-games, the English literature class mini-game (Hangman) that we mentioned in our last post and a mini-game that appears during Physical Education (hurdling). The Math mini-game no longer appears every Monday and Thursday. Thursday has been replaced with Literature, so there is more variety in the game.
We've also reduced the size of certain maps that were too big. Primarily the town and neighborhood maps. Both maps have been reduced significantly in size (almost half!), which has not only increased performance, but also made it much more efficient to move about:
We've also looked into the crashing issues that a lot of you have reported. We still haven't been able to replicate it (on multiple systems - not a single crash! -), but we believe the DRM is causing the problem, which will be removed in version 0.2.1. The new release will also be compatible to play on Mac and Linux.
And last, but not least, we're aware that sending download links manually can be quite inconvenient. We're working on creating a download portal, which allows you to log in to our site using your Patreon credentials (Patreon API), and download the latest release directly from our site, without having to wait for us to send it out. We plan to launch the portal late May.

I am a new patron download link?
I am a new patron and I have not received a download link yet for the patron version. I was just curious how long it takes for it to be sent?

(Please note that I am not affiliated with Boner Games, Just a very happy fan) Hi Brian, I don't know if you have received the link already but yes, you will receive it by email. I believe they do this to limit it only to people that have paid for it and make it difficult for people that have not purchased anything to get their hands on it.
But what about the saved progress in the new versions?
I have a theory as to how you could transfer your save. It should be pretty simple but I cant guarantee that it will work completely. Plus if you don't play though then you will miss out on any new/updated juicy scenes that might have been released with the update. If your still wanting to then let me know and I'll tell you how.
Also just upped my pledge, so if I could any way get those perks such as the beta testing or even the new update, thatd be appreciated.
When will the latest update be available to download? Wasn't it supposed to be this weekend? If there's a mishap and it's delayed, I only wish to be told. Worth the wait regardless!

How do you turn into your alter ego? I'm trying to trigger the last swing scene with Violet.
I tried that, it only triggered some dialogue.
I just want to say Boner Games, the fact that you take the time to go through all the comments is impeccable. You do everything manually, and thats really amazing. trophies should be registered to the players email address in they loss their save data to reformatting virus attack or just trade up system without backing up data. with online trophies a person can start new game with bonus cash an stats just so don't they have to play from ground zero wail they go for other ending an content;-]
When will you be able to go on dates?
Hi PM! We're currently creating the scenes for the dating events. The first few dating scenes should be available in v0.2.2, which is planned to release next month. Each date will trigger an unique H-scene, and you will be able to date each girl to multiple locations. I can spoil one of the first dating scenes that we're working on: dating Sofia to the beach. It's going to be a fun one, and fully animated! I'll make sure to post a few screens soon. Cheers =)

Hi RS! Version 0.2.1 should arrive tomorrow if everything goes as planned, however don't expect a huge content update (like v0.2 was). There'll be one animated scene, a few mini games and a lot of (QoL) changes/fixes. Cheers =)
Will 0.20 get an android release sometime after 0.21 beta launches?
HI ZM! While we're planning to release the latest build on Android eventually, it won't be anytime soon. We need to do quite a few changes to the game to make it compatible on Android, and right now it's at the bottom of our to-do list, so expect to wait at least a month or longer. Hi Mzh321! This is a known bug unfortunately. It has been fixed in the upcoming release (v0.2.1), but you will have to wait till it releases (most likely tomorrow). I hope you don't mind the wait. Cheers =)

Hi there! You need to run the 'Lust Toys' shop 3 times and a quest will appear that will send you to Violet's house, so you can continue to increase your relationship with her. We've changed this part of the game in the upcoming v0.2.1, so Violet is always available to talk to after she gets fired. Cheers =)

Hello. I think i'm having 2 bugs : first i have hypnosis level 2 but i can't use the level 3 book and second, i can't find sofia in school (I did every rooms). Thanks for your help and great game btw

hey I'm playing school of lust and i came to a point where it keep lagging and then turn the game off on i own it happen when i us the computer to look at some h scence. it will not let me go pas that point i have tried multiply times of re opening it but it still lags alot hope to see less of this problem in the future i believe in you guys to help give us a game to never forget :)

Does this happen when you select "Memories" when interacting with the computer in the bedroom? If yes, does it happen after it transfers you to the "Memories" map, or before you even see the map? i noticed in the 1.1 that the story can easily be broken if you start the "toy" selling job before starting the harassing conversation, i hope it will work this version and cant wait to get my link!

Hi RE! Glad you enjoyed it =) The next update for Game of Boners however won't be for a while. We've put all our resources into School of Lust, which we plan to finish before the end of the year, which will follow with resuming development on SUPERCREEP, so it'll at least be a year from now that we will resume development on Game of Boners.
Is there going to be any new scenes animations?

how would everyone feel about a quest chain where you hired zoe for lust toys and product started going missing and when you confront her, she threatens to tell the police you raped her if you dont use them on her?
I noticed that the cafe door has been shifted from the right to the left, considering the interior of the cafe has the door on the right, either the exterior or interior may need a little tweak.

Can't wait for the new update. May I suggest a small add on for better organization? I personally have multiple saves for doing different things, It would be awesome if we could have the option to name our saves so we don't forget them. I tried doing it by editing the save files in the folder its self but was unable to do so. If you guys added this it would be so awesome. Keep up the great work! <3 VioletIsBae
Condensing the map space is a good direction. I'd recommend exploring a fast travel option in the future, or at least condensing the house.
And Lust Toys has now become the biggest building in town... what a bunch of degenerates... Though on a more serious note, Lust Toys, the big tree and the fountain look a bit cramped. You could easily reduce the length of Lust Toys by two squares to make for some more room.
I can't wait for it to got even more better over time. XD

The new town looks very optimized for the gameplay :) I like this cause the town is more or less just a collection of special places so it makes sense to minimize the distance between the point so the player doesn‘t get annoyed when going around there. It felt unnecessarily long to buy the dresses for the girls for example. It wasn‘t actually that long but it felt long so I‘m glad you guys are making these QoL changes 👍
