Why don't you use the same method as with the free version but obviously only for tiers of $10 and up? It is easier for everyone than maintaining that download portal that only works in a leap year while Pluto aligns with Jupiter and Saturn while there is a solar eclipse

Hi NK! Did you unzip the file or did it instantly quarantine without even unzipping the file? This is a false positive by the way. We're using encryption methods which some (mostly free) virusscanners falsely detect as a possible threat. We'll contact them to have the file whitelisted. Do you know if it was both malwarebytes and avira that detected them or one of them? Cheers!

I downloaded the game twice several months ago. the first time it worked, the second got the same "Sorry! There is no download available for you at this time", had to cancel and redo membership to download the newest version at that time.

Hi Fupia! I've looked into why the download won't appear for you, and it appears to be an issue that is completely out of our control. The Patreon API doesn't list you as an active member yet, so the Download Portal doesn't either. This usually resolves on its own after Patreon fixes it. two days, also tried clearing my cache. seems like an, if not broken, poorly working system. I'm patient and was fine to wait a little. But, I believe y'alls message about the wait time needs to be updated or you need to find an alternative solution. Not doing so may be considered deceiving, you will likely find potential new pledgers not making it past a couple days and asking for refunds.

game keeps crashing/shutting down a lot now, im lucky if i can play it for 5 minutes before it does it, its usually when exiting the house or when returning to the neighbourhood that it does it but sometimes when talking to zoe in town

so, i found a little issue, after doing the hole the first time, when trading coins with the principal it doesnt let me leave when i still have coins. i dont want to get single coins as theres no romance increase for 1 at a time but every time i select dont trade right now it just brings the trading option back up again. it lets me leave when ive traded them all but thats annoying
ive also noticed it seems to crash/close a lot more often now, usually when heading down stairs to the dining room/kitchen

Is there a certain way to use the new file so that previous saves work? I downloaded and unzipped but my it's basically at the beginning :/
