How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

I tried both venue lists and they dont show up- is there something Im doing wrong?
Set the lot to generic and you should be able to purchase. If not keep the venue type generic and play out the rest of the mod.
Love your mods, but is there any way to stop my sims from trying to buy all of your generic lots autonomously? When I am controlling one, another is stalling my game by trying to make the purchase. They also are trying to rent apartments during regular, normal conversations. Its becoming very annoying. I use a lot of mods so could there be conflicts? Other than this, I have no issues
Do we have to be at the lot to collect rent ? Like can I go to my main house still or do I have to stay at lot to get benefits?
The interaction should show up on a computer anywhere. Long as you have the landlord trait.

Just tested the mod and they're there for me. It's possible the venue list didn't pick it up.
