VENUE LOT TRAIT V2
This mod adds functional venue lot traits to The Sims 4. Allows multiple venues on one lot.
How This Works
Add up to 3 venue lot traits to a generic venue lot type. You can make the venue type whatever you like.
4 New lot traits added:
Acting Studio from Get Famous. If you don't have the Get Famous pack then npc actors will spawn. With the pack, Directors, Camera Operators, and Actors spawn.
Be sure to add movie cameras, director chair, and a scene (Get Famous)
Add beaches to a lot that might have a bar and other venues to it. Will spawn beach goers and swimmers.
This lot trait will add ghosts to a venue or house.
Create a more crowded retail business, yard sale, or flea market.

How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.
Terms Of Use
-Do not claim this mod as your own
-Do not re-upload to any site
-Translations cannot include the mod. Only stringtables.

You're awesome! Thank you! I am thinking up some weird stuff for Bobby Pancakes Junior, because he's such a bully as of late! My macabre side wants to do something along the lines of a haunted cemetery with a playground/pool in it. Thank you for being so awesome!
Hope this works out for your gameplay. I think the ghosts will work with any object they can haunt. Very interesting playground :)
