This mod requires xml injector to work.

In CAS give your Sim the Psychiatrist trait from the Lifestyle category.
You can run your practice from home or generic lot.
Make sure your office has a computer.
1. From the computer select the "Manage Psychiatrist Office" menu.
2. Select Start New Client Session.
3. A client will spawn to your location.
4. Click on the client. Select "Mental Health Service" social menu.
5. 3 new menus are available. Select "Mental Health Assessment".
6. You'll have a couple of questions to ask the client.
7. The npc client will have an answer through a notification. After the answer, click on the npc client again to see a new menu displaying their mental issue.
8. New questions are available to get the client through their issue.
9. You can either send the client to a rabbit hole treatment center or prescribe medication.
After the client session use the computer to close the office. This will send the client away.
Once you have the initial session, the client will appear in the "Mental Health Client Session" Event... You'll earn $2500 for a successful session.
Note: Sometimes the initial session client does not appear in the event.

How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

Hello, this is a great mod and i really enjoyed playing with it but maybe we could use a little more interactions? Writing down the client's problems on computer after asking the questions for example, maybe writing a medical report after the sessions and more? No pressure, its just an idea to have more gameplay!
I'll keep these in mind. It'll be updated just don't know exactly when and these are good ideas to add. Thank you.
please make a mod to make sims stop watching their phones during their appointments
The idea behind the mod is amazing, but it's not working for me. I found the trait in CAS, but no option appears on the computer to start a career and find patients. I tried switching to all the computers in the game, but none worked. Can anyone help me?

hello so I just downloaded your psychiatrist career package.. I have the mental health session show up in my calendar for the event. how ever nothing else shows from the mode.. mental heath assessment does not show up In my game.. what can I do ?

Very nice mod. Thank you. It is a subject matter that is close to me. Is there any way you can gate the interactions so they don't always show and only can be used on the clients you have on your list? Or maybe disable autonomy completely for these interactions. As it is now you can give treatment to anyone without even having a diagnosis and they do these interactions autonomously so it's a bit immersion breaking. Autonomy seems to be very high for these interactions. They almost spam them.
Quick question when i click new client and one spawns, the only option i am getting is send for treatment. i am not getting the starting options. I did for the first person that came to go through all options and then the second person came and i am only getting is to send for treatement. i am sure i am doing somethign wrong. do i have to close and reopen after each person?

Do you have to have business and hobby’s to have this mod because I downloaded it and gave one of my sims the trait and I clicked the computer and non of it pops up
Just base game. Try a different computer if you haven't. That might help.
