Viral Content Will End Climate Change: TF Live in Manchester, 16/5/23
We continued our Regional Authenticity Tour and stopped in the famous city of Manchester, where we recoiled in horror at a startup Riley found that claimed it was--and I'm saying this verbatim--'gamifying good humaning.' We then proceeded to recoil in embarrassment at the next chapter of Mister Book Eater's latest tome. Hope you enjoy!

THE DISCO ELYSIUM SOUND EFFECT I CAUGHT THAT WAS THAT THE SOUNDBOARD OR EDITING?
Oh my god, the ending
The book eating video is fucking amazing. "It's actually a hardback, there's lots of chemicals, but I've got to get through the whole thing." I'm fucking dying
Propose Angus Young’s riffing at the start of AC/DC’s Thunderstruck as an intro to Australian Excellence.
Someone please explain to me the Andrew twentyman hijacker joke I am so lost
Andrew Twentyman is a guy who runs a pizza parlor in a suburb of Manchester and is constantly getting quoted in Helen Pidd articles in the Guardian about "t'true Northern voice," except he's apparently a prick and was chosen for quotes because he'd just run his mouth about hating Corbyn. "We here at Smiling Stasi llc like to combine a friendly inviting atmosphere with an almost-ruthless efficieny"
I love the little "Disco Elysium" dice roll effect that plays at ~27:35 after Alice says "Women are bourgeois". Hell yes
Hey, Beastmaster's on (the live show).
I just can’t figure out why Matthew Goodwin shunned the TF mind dojo but agreed to appear on living marxism network podcast aufhebungabunga, where he was probably treated like the seventh coming of christopher lasch
