The Boney Island Whitefish in: The Boondock Identity
Riley and Andrew are back for episode 2 of season 5 of Criminal Minds in season 2 of the The Boney Island Whitefish!
Sean Patrick Flanery is here and he's having a Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. He's on what turns out to be a very sympathetic rampage and only the FBI's finest squad of speculative profilers can wait for him to kill some more people and then conveniently show up where they were anyway!

It's taken me like the third listen to realise this isn't an episode I've seen, the one I've seen also has a guy with Extremely Mental Health Acting and a murder dad with everyone doing bad redneck accents, but in that one he's super Christian and the twist is that he IS his dad who was actually already dead
If Riley is adding nori flakes to his breakfast avo and eggs, he should eschew the crudeness of chili flakes and add a more subtle sprinkle of togarashi, and pair the it all with a pot of fine genmai.
I’m 22 minutes into this podcast about the television programme Bones and there has as yet been no mention of the television programme Bones. Excellent, no notes, please continue
I'm glad that by the second episode of this the only season of Criminal Minds our brave hosts have correctly identified that the show struggles to depict *Prince Harry imitation* mental health. The really depressing thing about the program is that it's probably the U.S. network television show with the most screentime dedicated to depicting mental health. By season 6 or 7 I pretended that it was really a Banksy level indictment of the mental healthcare system in the country.
Instead of a Banky level indictment of our continued culture surrounding mental health? You know when I have my PTSD, I also go straight for the box cutter
Andrew should look up chilaquiles next time he needs an idea for leftover corn chips, much easier to fix up than huevos from the same ingredients
I have never respected anything as much as dedicating yourself to a decade of seriously tough workout discipline in order to sustainably live like a French prince
honestly goals
As a premium hog I demand a workout video collab with Patrick Wyman set to some fonky beats with lots of high fiving
