Britainology 46: Make Me Prime Minister

Now unlocked to the $5 tier!

For this month's second Britainology, Milo forces Nate (currently in Indiana taking care of his family, free from the United Kingdom for a brief moment) to VPN in and watch the first episode of the new Channel 4 reality TV show 'Make Me Prime Minister,' in which a brilliantly selected curation of idiots fight for the approval of noted war criminal Alistair Campbell and high-profile political Islamphobia victim Sayeeda Warsi. Brain liquefaction ensues.

I am acquainted with people who are in the closet about being pansexual, often—but not always —because their families will react to the news with something far worse than the laughter "openly pansexual" elicited in this episode. (Not trying to scold.)

Darn, this was a really good one. Perhaps reality TV is, ironically, a deep gaze into the psyche of a nation through the lowest and most insane individuals. I'd seriously warn against using reality TV to train future politicians ... If regular origin (regular for them) become unhinged and psychos... What can even happen if they are pre-unhinged and already psychos? We were so worried that we could or not, we didn't stop to thing if we should.

I trust Sayeeda Warsi probs has some insane headbanger opinions on various things, but I don't quite understand why she continues to vouch for a party that absolutely hates her guts, and would love nothing more than to inflict genuine harm on her. Hell, maybe even up to physical assault. You really must love the boot that much.

Dr Strangeparty, or how I stopped worrying about the haters and started loving the party boot

The funniest thing about Kayleigh McEnany is the that she is a Georgetown and Harvard Law alum. She is one of those elites but basically imitated Tomi Lahren for CNN to be successful.

re: Hounslow - that seat notably includes Chiswick; the native homeland of retired news and daytime TV presenters.

The US has idiot environmentalists who directly oppose environmentally beneficial projects for completely boneheaded reasons, they just don't have a single party or ideological alignment. Their anti-nuclear obsessions were able to fully infiltrate into the Democratic Party from our Greens (whose politics are pretty incoherent anyway) because nuclear waste is a third-rail in Nevada and the Dems have depended on Nevada's Senate seats in most of their Senate majorities since the 90s. You just don't really notice them, because the subject isn't even really up for discussion.

hey I just saw that the new provincial party Climat Québec is proposing to scrap the already underway quebec city tramway project with a trackless battery automatic trolley. they claim it has less visual pollution and it is the future it's really systematic that green parties are eye-wateringly stupid
