Enter the Death Force: TF Live in London 20th April 2022

Last week, we had a 2018-throwback lineup of the TF cast for a live show in London featuring Riley, Milo, Hussein, and Nate. We've got it all: Ed Balls returning to politics, a succession of blockchain-related nonsense startups, and a tremendous column by a Telegraph writer who's furious at the concept of work from home because it makes people 'mediocre.' We think you will enjoy this.

Delightful to me that the author of that article thinks HR is part of wokeness, and not in fact a tool for protecting the company from lawsuits.

me watching my favorite local honk team step up to the honkplatz while my favorite honk theme plays them in (the song is very good and does not at all poke fun at the strange racially charged traditions of the fine dutch people and their sport)

Hussein’s idea is quite literally the premise of the novel “The Stone Canal” by Ken MacLeod

Other live podcasts generally suck because certain hosts get annoyingly drunk and forget to do a huge rail before going on, this is not that. Absolute gold.

Can we get a Miami episode? Like, an episode about how Francis Suarez became what he is and the damage it's doing to the millions of people in greater Miami? I'd recommend former Miami New Times writer Jerry Ianelli if you need a good guest for it

Riley is a ferret eating the startup beans and dropping the precious "machine for making Milo lose it" turds on the pod

Incredible. We've finally got to the point of pretend games currencies being implemented in IRL spaces. I'm fully embracing the possibly of how they're going to make microtransactions a thing. Love to pay for a meal in bloody Gems.

Absolutely wild that they pitched a crypto way to just straight up buy votes in how a city is run, and that the pitch worked. Incredible

The TF bit to actual columnist take continues unabated.
