X Files has an extremely consistent formula for one-of episodes that sounds a lot better than the Bones formula of clue-guesswork-dead end-clue. If you're doing a homage why not rip that off too.

So, I actually watched this episode of Bones for HOMEWORK. Only about 20 minutes into the episode but it's already good. Oh, Mark Fisher has a much much darker interpretation of that kind of bullshit office bureaucracy in Capitalist Realism in case you're interested.
when the season is over can you do a bonus ep that just consists of telling Ben about all the stupidest bits?
