I lucked out and got a CRT at a yard sale for $7. It's not the best one in the world, but it's got the VHS slot built into it and its also weirdly not like 500 pounds, so that was pretty cool. I also got a shitload of VHS tapes for $1 at a different yard sale. Not $1 a piece, no no no, $1 for an ENTIRE tote of shit. No joke there was like 100 of those suckas, dude just wanted them gone real bad lmao. The moral of this story is that yard sales are fuckin awesome, you never know the crazy shit you can get from those things.

As a teen in the 90s finding an RF Video tape trader in my local mall here in PA was awesome. Saw so many Japanese death matches and luchadore matches from Mexico back then. Never forget the death match I saw where the dude stuck another guy's head in a snake tank and the snake was attached to his head. They had the bottom of the ring saran wrapped off to prevent snake escapage. Oh the days of random tape matches.
