That was dreadful. 2005 RAW had basically NO ONE if you didn't like Cena and were bored of relics like Flair and HBK. And of course, HHH IS COMING BACK. Seeing Ashley bummed me out almost immediately. Was I supposed to think Carlito was interesting? Just a nobody. Why is Eric Bischoff still on TV instead of sent into the void pit alongside the rest of WCW? Eugene/Rob Conway because screw you I guess. Kerwin White? VAL GODDAMN VENIS? I'm very glad I was in college and nowhere near a TV broadcasting cable as maybe I would have watched this at the time. There's just nothing going on at the time with this roster.

had a realization watching this so im gonna make everyone else feel like shit. im that generation that grew up with middish 2010s WWE. i was wondering why seeing Edge felt so weird, now i realize its cuz ive only ever seen old, injured retired and unretired Edge in real time. this young guy in the episode is foreign to me.

I agree. As a matter of fact, I agree so much that I’ll start it off: at this time I was playing Sly 3: Honour Among Thieves and Ultimate Spider-Man. As well as watching movies like Madagascar and Tim Burton’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. That year also gave us Psychonauts, Shadow of the Colossus, Resident Evil 4, Timesplitters: Future Perfect, Devil May Cry 3 and Batman Begins to name a few. Not all of them are winners admittedly but I’d rather watch/play all of those than watch Raw.
